We’re Here to Help: If you need to reach us, the best way to connect is by email at hellobalance.ca@gmail.com. We do our best to respond as soon as possible and are always glad to hear from you.

Session Fees: Our session rates are listed below. Fees may vary slightly depending on the therapist and type of service. If you have any questions about rates or insurance coverage, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to clarify.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged the full session fee. This policy allows us to honour our therapists’ time and offer availability to other clients who may be waiting for support. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Couples & Family Therapy Cancellations: For couples or family sessions, cancellation requires coordination among all participants. When cancelling online, you will have the option to cancel: Only your individual spot, or the entire group appointment. To avoid a late cancellation fee, please ensure that the full group appointment has been cancelled and confirm that all participants have been removed from the session (for example, by logging into each participant’s account). Each participant shares responsibility for confirming that the group session has been properly cancelled. If you prefer, you may also contact us by email to cancel a couples or family appointment, and we will assist you.

At Hello Balance Counselling, our goal is to provide a calm, respectful, and supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you🤍.
