Olena holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from South Ukrainian National
Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky. Before beginning her
counselling career in Canada, she worked in private practice in Ukraine,
supporting adults through individual therapy. She also completed additional
certifications in Emotional-Imagery Therapy, psychosomatic therapy, and
trauma-informed approaches. Olena has experience working with clients from
different countries and continues to expand her knowledge through
professional development and clinical supervision.
Her clinical interests include anxiety, panic attacks, psychosomatic symptoms,
emotional burnout, and adaptation difficulties related to immigration. Olena

Antonina is the Registered Clinical Counsellor originally from Russia. She has experience in Counselling and Therapy for over 20 years, of which the last 8 years have been in Canada. Ever since she was little, she was passionate to help people and then chose psychology as her professional field. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology in 1998 and a Doctor of Psychology Science in 2006 from Marine State University in Russia. In 2020 she got registration as Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia, Canada.
Antonina moved to Canada in 2015 with her family. Moving to Canada was her personal and professional journey. During this time, she was faced difficulties and achievements, challenges and success, loss and comfort. She has been working in Greater Vancouver in several non-profit organizations with adults, families, and children in counselling, settlement, and support services.
Having lived and worked in three different countries helps Antonina understand different situations and connect with different cultures.
